📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is governed by Polish labor law and provides:

💰 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💰 Hourly rate: 38.00 PLN/hour (9.00 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and incentives: from 400 to 700 PLN/month (95 – 166 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 8,000 – 9,820 PLN/month (1,900 – 2,350 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💰 Hourly rate: 32.30 PLN/hour (7.66 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and incentives: from 340 to 595 PLN/month (81 – 141 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 6,800 – 8,347 PLN/month (1,577 – 2,000 €/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (due to tax benefits):
💰 Hourly rate (net): 38.00 PLN/hour (9.00 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and incentives (net): from 400 to 700 PLN/month (95 – 166 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): 8,000 – 9,820 PLN/month (1,900 – 2,350 €/month)

📅 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 12 hours, 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible upon prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 200 – 240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing and sorting soft toys;
• Quality control and checking product integrity;
• Stickering, labeling, and order fulfillment;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities: 200 – 400 PLN/month);
• Rooms: 2 persons per room / couples together;
• Conditions: beds, linens, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Nearby shops, pharmacies, commute to work on foot or by company bus.
