💰 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💰 Hourly rate: 37.00 PLN/hour (8.77 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and incentives: from 500 to 1,000 PLN/month (119 – 237 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,530 – 9,140 PLN/month (1,785 – 2,167 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💰 Hourly rate: 31.45 PLN/hour (7.46 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and incentives: from 425 to 850 PLN/month (100 – 200 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 6,086 – 7,770 PLN/month (1,443 – 1,842 €/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (due to tax benefits):
💰 Hourly rate (net): 37.00 PLN/hour (8.77 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and incentives (net): from 500 to 1,000 PLN/month (119 – 237 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): 7,530 – 9,140 PLN/month (1,785 – 2,167 €/month)

📅 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 – 10 hours, 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 × 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime possible, but only voluntary;
• Monthly workload: 190 – 220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging coffee products (beans, capsules, ground coffee);
• Quality control and expiration date checking;
• Labeling, stickering, and batch formation;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities: 250 – 450 PLN/month);
• Accommodation: 3 persons per room, separate rooms for couples;
• In the housing: furniture, bedding, appliances, internet;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, laundry room;
• Company transport to the warehouse, supermarket and pharmacy nearby.
